Waiver

I acknowledge that I will participate in any event at my sole risk.

For myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and representatives, do hereby agree that except for acts of recklessness on the part of Trekkers Adventures Jamaica Ltd, I will fully indemnify, absolve and hold harmless, Trekkers Adventures Jamaica Ltd, its agents, partners and representatives, together with their respective successors and assigns ("the Sponsors") single and collectively, from and against any blame and liability for any injury, harm, loss, inconvenience or any other damage of any kind whatsoever, which may result from or be connected in any way to my participation in any event.

In addition to the absolute and unqualified release from all liability, I hereby represent that I am physically capable of participating in this event, that I understand and acknowledge that sport walking/hiking/trekking is a potentially dangerous activity and that I am fully responsible for myself in participating. I hereby absolve and hold harmless the Sponsors and Trekkers Adventures Jamaica Ltd from any damage I may sustain because of any breach of these representations.

I hereby consent to and permit emergency treatment in the event of injury or illness while participating in the event.

I consent to the organizer’s, in their sole discretion, using photographs of me, captured during the event in future promotions and accounts of this event.

I certify that I have fully read and understood this waiver and release.
